Always a nice night when I go here but my drink orders are missed alot when I order though the app.

Biggest Wetherspoons I've been in. Nice decor and friendly staff. Mega cheap ale. Worth stopping by for a look-in.

We had a pleasant breakfast for two of us for less than £20, including drinks. You can't beat Wetherspoons for the price of drinks.

We went on St Patrick's day. It was extremely busy and although the queue was long to order, the food arrived in a timely manner. Good burgers!

Most awful service in Uk. Specially staff called KAI who worked on monday i.e 01/04/2024 at wetherspoon Luton galaxy. The most raciest and rudest staff of the weatherspoon. If manger of this wetherspoon reading this please take strict action against kai who works at bar. He doesn’t know anything but act like boss of this place.

a typical English pub, the smell of beer inside and dirty tables, which is probably a hallmark of such places. However, in Lutin it is probably the most characteristic meeting place. I haven't eaten anything there, but I like the off-local area or the area upstairs where you can drink coffee or wine. On the plus side, security is ensured by security guards on the premises

I ordered the Tuesday steak deal of classic sirloin medium rare. What I got was a very thin steak medium and with a mass of gristle evenly distributed so much of it was inedible. When I mentioned this to the barman he indicated that I was one of several to make a similar complaint. Perhaps Tim Brexiter is now getting his meat from Australia to take advantage of the appalling trade deal. Avoid at all costs

Attended prior to a women’s football event at Kenilworth Road. Lowest prices I saw at a Wetherspoons during 5 days in and around London. Staff worked hard in the face of an unexpected spike in trade. Food acceptably average given the very low price. Lots of choice and “meal deals” including alcohol. The pub was kept clean and tidy. In the unlikely event that I was to travel to Kenilworth Road again I would go back.

I have been frequenting this pub for many years and like most other places in luton it’s gone massively down hill from management all the way down to the servants. The customer service is dreadful mainly because they prefer to hire inexperienced and somewhat immature staff who are simply there to get a bit of work experience and a wage to get them through uni they have no passion for the job bar tending or customer service as a whole and it really shows. On a positive note the food generally speaking is pretty good although can be a bit hit and miss. All in all i believe that the people make the place and if the service is bad the establishment is bad. Cheaper booze is the only draw here.
