Berta was a fantastic waitress who made our experience brilliant, attentive and very funny would definitely recommend

Good experience was quiet prob not enough staff on though friendly and curtious! The bread rolls (especially brown) tasted a bit off crumbly and hard.

I went to the willow brook with friends on Thursday the festive menu was lovely but the restaurant was so cold even with the fan heaters they had around the place. Ver carta

We visited for lunch whilst out Xmas shopping Berta was our waiter she was the friendliest and funniest lady and really made our visit enjoyable with her lovely personality.

Came in for food with family, berta was very friendly and warm , helped us with the food and all the questions we asked she helped us. very good customer service from her Willow Brooke Harvester

The waitress was absolutely lovely and kind, but unfortunately the food was cold and tasteless and the place was absolutely freezing. Which can be a safety hazard to customers and staff as it was visible the staff were already getting ill from the cold. Would...not be recommending this restaurant to anyone. Ver carta

We visited the Harvester Willowbrooke toady and were served by Berta she was very helpful, cheery and generally a pleasure to be served by. She was very aware of the guidelines and made us feel very comfortable and safe! Would recommend ..the salad bar was very clean so overall we had a nice experience! Thanks again Berta and we hope you have a lovely Christmas!

So visited the harvester at Bradley Stoke, for a birthday meal, due to staff shortages which I know can happen they had to move the meal time, plenty of notice. However no notice of the broken heating system and with the current covid situation the...air con had to be on the whole time which made it very very cold. The food was average at best tonight which was a disappointment, the only shining light were the staff our server Ella was fantastic a real credit to the company she works for, we had a slight issue with one of the meals and it was replaced promptly and with sincerity, we felt well cared for. Very disappointed by the service received- waited mins for our order to be taken (the restaurant wasn’t full and our server appeared to have only other table to serve). After another mins we had to ask to go to the salad bar,...then when we returned the main course was already being served no chance to eat the salad first. Throughout the meal our server was inattentive and when we came to pay when he couldn’t get our pre-paid voucher to work he had to be asked to seek help from a colleague (who resolved the problem but did not offer any apology).
