Had a wonderful meal with family, a big group of us, lots of choices and all came out hot, yummy and in good time. Thank you Tania for the warm welcome. We had a great time, thank you.

Had a fabulous carvery with the family. Our compliments to Jamie, the chef, for an excellent cauliflower cheese. The best I've had for absolutely ages. Will definitely go back, thoroughly recommend

Excellent pub, we visited 3 nights on the trot whilst on holiday in Torquay. Very friendly helpful staff, especially the guy taking food orders at the bar. Food was excellent, very good value for money great atmosphere. I can highly recommend this place !! :

I had a wonderful lunch at The Willow Tree and the bartender, Karl, was fantastic. My 7-year-old daughter wanted to "pay" for her fruit shoot herself. She took out 46 1p coins from her purse and placed them on the bar. Karl's reaction was priceless. He was very kind and played along, counting her coins. Then she used my card to cover the remaining amount. Thank you for making her day so special.

We went to this restaurant tonight for the holiday menu. There was a big group of us, including adults and children. The selection was excellent, and our waitress (Shirley) was very helpful. The chefs were able to accommodate various dietary restrictions. The value, service, and food were all fantastic. We will definitely return and highly recommend this restaurant. Excellent. Lovely pub carvery for only £3.50 (apart from Sundays). Brilliant place for families. My young sons eat hardly anything and they always allow us to pay for one meal and they share. Always turkey, gammon beef, good selection of veg. We have been going at least once a month for ages and have never had a bad meal. I always recommend it to friends and family. They also have starters puddings but I have never had room to eat pudding after the carvery!

This is a very relaxed atmosphere on a Sunday lunch time. There is a wheelchair ramp on the outside We booked in advance on their website, it gives you got long bookings which was s but right for us as we are carvery and pudding and arrived 10 minutes early. You can however extend your booking time at the point of booking. The staff were all so friendly. We used the order and pay system through the phone and service was very swift, you can specify if you want ice in your drink. The carvery had 4 choices of meat, even scratching, which I haven't seen anywhere before. The child's carvery was enough for my 13 year old. 28/12/17 me and my family visited the willow tree in torquay. My family had been before but i hadnt and i was very disappointed. Upon paying £6.29 for my carvery i was told that they were out of carrots and the selection of meats and vegetable were very limited. The food was luke warm and the chips were chewy and low quality. When i asked for ketchup i was told they did not have any by the rude and unresponsive worker who worked behind the carvery station. There were kids screaming and running aro7nd throughout our time there, making the whole experience very unpleasent. When we left my father talked to the manager, who was very polite if a bit incompetent and he gave us a refund. Overall a... Ver carta
