"We were 3 sisters come together for our annual christmas lunch together. Service was a little slow but we chose the carvery. The beef was more than a little fatty and we expected the vegetables etc would be hot and fresh as we arrived earlier but they were a little dry. The gravy was lumpy. Normally we would have eaten the lot but we don't like food to be cold and dry (even with the gravy). The place filled up fairly quickly after we had sat down with our meals. Unfortunately not as good as an experience as we were looking forward to. There only seemed to be 2 servers on the floor and took some time to come back to make sure the food was okay but must have been fairly obvious that it wasn't as we had left quite a bit on our plates. Not so sure about coming back for a while. Sorry."

The service and food were excellent, got there early that was no trouble showed us to our table . We were very pleased with everything .

Food was cold, not all food was available at all times. Staff were very friendly, just a shame that the food quality let the restaurant down. Maybe get more chefs?

We had a very nice meal, wasn't rushed although extremely busy waitress was attentive. The staff were polite loooked happy. The venue was clean tidy. All staff are very hard working.

the Christmas beginners we had (orange melone and king prawn cocktail) were very fresh and tasty. people should know that they are orange melone (or cantaloupe melone) only for the case that they are a nutritional concern. the carvery was ok, but it never seems enough to be on the cauliflower.

I ordered the pork yorkie wrap with braids. the roses were red hot, yorkie winding stone cold. I decided to take home to put in the microwave, but when I asked how I went, I was told that it should be hot (yes, I took it home) a little sad (if they knew what had happened) nothing was offered to compensate. not even a coffee
