The food was tasteless, and the service from our waiter was disappointing. When we expressed our concerns, he simply replied, "Not your night!" I won't be returning to this restaurant; it ruined what should have been a special family evening. Ver carta

The staff were beautiful and very pleasant. It's clear that the restaurant is quite busy, which is a good sign for them. The food was delicious, although the Yorkshire puddings could have been a bit firmer. Overall, it was a very good experience.

I chose 1 meat type and was given 2 slices, my friend chose 3 types of meat and was given 2 slices of each meat. The meat given should be the same for each person regardless of their meat choice. This should be rectified throughout your restaurant selection.

I received excellent service from all the employees. However, the food didn't meet the usual standard. The meat was cooked perfectly, but the carrots with the sauce were clumpy. The food was relatively good but everything was cool and not hot so by the time we started eating it was nearly cold. The food containers need to be kept at a higher temperature to allow for room temperature changes. Every time the front door opens then cold air is let in being wintry conditions which lowers the room temperature and therefore affects the food temperature. Not very enjoyable on this occasion.

the personal and the eating were amazing. the personal was so friendly and does everything to please. that was the best service we had here. also eating is wonderful many possibilities. but I like my veg soft, but this is not for every taste, so I just inherited and the smaller parts of the cauliflower. roasted potatoes made delicious and I am not thrilled by yorkshire puddings, but iw never saw them as big as I have there.

Party of 12 food was tasteless and underserved cooked I appreciate veg is Al-Dante but raw is a bit different the lamb and beef was pure fat not edible. It was clean mass produced. Booked for 12 people and were split up on 2 tables of 6. We booked as a family and was split due to fire doors but had booked weeks before and was not catered for.
