"This was the worst carvery I have ever had. Waited for the guy to come out of the kitchen to carve the meat for what seemed like an age. We were seated by an open window with the wind blowing in we asked the waitress if we could close it, blinds filthy which in turn left hands filthy. The food was totally cold. The meat was extremely fatty but managed to get a small piece without fat. The meat was tough. In the end we gave up because it was too cold to eat. Informed the waitress of our disappointment and her response was well you should have said and walked off. Never again."
