"Terrible service...husband is disabled and no one was in a rush to get q down. Almost had to leave before we got our food. We stayed only to be met with dried out food. Asked one guy if a voucher would work at that location ...he said he didn't know and let's just ry at the end. We'll We needed to know. We have lost everything due to my husbands new disability and we went for a meal specifically becuase of the offer. We were so worried the voucher wouldn't be accepted through the entire meal I left in tears despite it working. Dreadful place....dreadful staff..... no care or compassion WHICH HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH COVID!"

The plates were cold and the food was cold. Considering it was only 12.15. Waitress was good and apologised for the card machine not working. Considering this is the first time I have been out for 17 months it was very disappointing

We arrived over and hour early. Luckily we were able to get a table straight away. Food tasted amazing. Service from chefs serving the food to the waitresses were excellent. Made to feel very welcome and not rushed. Keep up the good work.

Went for the festive menu, but really no difference from a normal visit, nothing special or Christmas about it, not even a cracker on the table. Also why is lamb on the festive menu when it's not available 5 days a week, very disappointing! Ver carta

The location of the restaurant is excellent, staff very helpful and friendly. The meat section was excellent but it was the vegetables and accompaniments that were disappointing. A general lack of seasoning, stuffing was stodgy, vegetables over cooked.

We had a fantastic meal for our family, enhanced by the excellent service from the young woman who attended us. She was very helpful. The food was delicious and we even took desserts home to enjoy later because the carvery was so satisfying. Unlimited drinks and endless vegetables, what's not to love!? ?????
