the Yorkshire puddings were greasy veg Cauliflower was difficult to cut. Meat was hard.just not upto Tuby high standards.

lunchtime today 4 of us very much enjoyed a meaty lunch, well presented and tasted as good as it looked. the sweet was also very delicious.

Overall I felt the service was very poor, staff who did not ask if there was any special dietary needs upon escorting us to our table, the food was served on cold plates.

we haven't been to Toby's for a long time. I'm sorry to say that the foods to this occasion were disappointing above all the bratkartoffels as they were on the hotplate, the long that had overboiled

No problem with the food as such but there was some confusion about the vegetarian option. Could have been made clearer as we were seated that we needed to order it straight away before going up for carvery.

Overall, the restaurant was very good. However, the rice pudding dessert was disappointing. The portion size was too small for the price, with only a thin layer covering the bottom of the bowl, and it seemed to be from a packet rather than homemade.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is lovely, very clean and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, providing great service. The food is delicious and there is no rush to leave, allowing for a comfortable stay in the bar for another drink.
