for our reservation at 18:30 clock for four. so many people, no table for age groups, all men hang around. left and eat elsewhere. why book a time at the table and then arrive for free for everyone?

Turned up for our 6:30pm booking for four. So many people, no table for ages, all the people hanging around. Left and eat somewhere else. Why book at table for a time, and then arrive to a free for all?

the table was booked in 1730, but at 18:15 was not yet sitting and with a hyperactive 2yr old this can be a little chaotic. we have booked the booking and waited five minutes therefore a table. I stood near the waiting zone and the people who came around 17:45 were put to this time.

We was greeted by Judy and Yasmin who where lovely ! Nothing was too much and was efficient when we had a problem at the carvery deck. Answered all our questions and overall was a lovely experience!
