"For me always the most beautiful part of weekends in foreign cities: dinner with my colleagues after a busy day. After testing the wellness area of our hotel, we wanted to sneak a little further (thanks to the plentiful meal!) I had proposed the Torino again. A year ago we had here with approx. 8 people ate delicious and I wanted to start a second attempt. My colleague had another reason to celebrate the evening in a small circle during this week. Our timing as always excellent: we reached the Torino at 21.30. Who could know that the stupid sauna needs two hours to give a little warmth? Never mind! We can say unrestrictedly that in Hamm you should have harassed the Torino. Food, ambience and PLV are excellent. Next time, I'll get my colleagues back to Torino! Operation From the outside we had already noticed the filled conservatory and entered the interior third. All the service personnel were busy and we were waiting for a table for four people. The restaurant was still well filled at that time, but our table offered enough anonymity to blaspheme (what we do otherwise of course never do. A female, enforceable service power with transparency quickly brought us the cards and gave us enough time to choose. We were of course undecided and started the evening with water and a bottle of white wine. We added to the recommendation of our waitress: Chardonnay. Fortunately, despite a later hour, we were not cured when selecting our dishes. The choice was hard between pasta, carne and pizza. The following should be for us three sluts: a salad as an appetizer for sharing, then a tasty main course for everyone and maybe a dessert? To agree, carrots and aioli were served with rolls. The Aioli homemade and full of garlic (the next day was somehow less at the stand where it comes from? , the carrots strong in the taste, with lousy rolls. It was almost a little embarrassing how fast we were about it. Our stomachs finally sounded audible. A few minutes later, our fleeting service already swirled with the appetizer: salad with crabs and cocktail sauce I felt the salad as a bit bitter and also the crabs did not delight me too much, otherwise all the ingredients were fresh and the sauce was well made. My colleagues liked it all the better, I forgot more than a few appetizers. 3 stars Various other service personnel helped in the course of the evening to carry on and off, always friendly and attentive. Every time the question is whether it would have tasted. I was looking forward to my main course: Penne alla Boscaiola (with front ham, champignons, peas and parmesan cheese. I often avoid the combination of peas, cream sauce and ham, as I don't even like to eat a bite when the dish is not served absolutely hot and I also rarely choose ham. Let's see if the kitchen can do anything. Yes, she can! A poem! Not too smooth, fresh ingredients, Penne al dente. Njam. May I borrow the cook, so that he prepares it at home? 4 Stars I have not tried my colleagues' dishes because I prefer neither salmon nor pineapple with ham on pizza. They were able to taste these dishes: Tortellini Mare e Monti (with fresh salmon and Broccoli Pizza Hawai I only heard good about the main course and could also trace it on the pleasant facial expression. As time progresses, more wine had to be brought, of course, the restraurant became empty and we were always more fun. The Italians on the birthday table before us seemed regular guests and remained a little. Too nice to go... I think when you come more often, the sound will be a little warmer and the service performance remains constant. Unfortunately, she left something with us. The wine hadn't been drunk yet, and now we were still on a dessert. I was completely convinced of the kitchen and thought I could try something new. No Tiramisu or Panna Cotta (my standard dessert at the Italian, but Zabaione should be this time! A venture and wow! A heavenly shell of this divine dessert met! Certainly nothing for children with a diser amount of alcohol, but liquid fits to liquid. I fled this creamy foamed alcoholic dessert from dessert, I did not stop running back into the kitchen and the cook to ask for a MInituppet Cushion for the tomorrow day. Rich and probably for fans the revelation. I definitely became a fan! 5 stars As always, my colleague's tiramisu found on average: too much cocoa and cream. The usual thing. 3 stars Something harder to get to the birthday of our colleague, of course, had to be: Grappa and Amaretto. The Amaretto tasted and we were probably the most recent guests. We paid at our waitress in front of the EC device. Thanks to our competent and friendly service we had a very nice evening. All dishes were fresh and appealing. Not all my taste, but partly 4 to even 5 stars for the kitchen. I can recommend the Torino for any lovers of Italian cuisine. Last time the meat has tasted very well The ambience Only a few words on my part to the ambience: The conservatory was also well filled at a later hour, so we chose a table in the rear interior. The room is pleasantly warm and looks very cozy through many family photos and snapshots with celebrities from politics, film and television. In a large guestbook everyone can leave a memory. You get the impression that it is a real Italian. Appearance also doesn't matter: it speaks for the Torino that the restaurant is still full of rags around 10:00. Furthermore, larger groups seem to like to organize their birthday dinner. This evening a spirited Italian group near us. There were also three working colleagues in the back. One of these gentlemen held a monologue about his private and professional successes almost all evening in penetrant volume (the poor, surrendered listeners... . Actually, it is quite possible here not to understand every single word from the neighboring table and to conduct a private conversation, but there are always unpleasant exceptions! We felt a bit disturbed, but were too busy with our conversations to really upset us. Cleanliness The tables were covered with white plastic blankets, the glasses and the cutlery polished. I didn't visit the toilets!"
