I am always happy with their food and atmosphere. The price is very reasonable and you can order with confidence. If you are close to home, you may be able to go every day.

A very good Japanese restaurant ! Very authentic not tweaked to fulfill westerner taste ; many Japanese come here for dinner ; I hv been here for 2 times and will come again for sure !

It’s always annoy to eat at tosa. Recently strolling on king street and passed by tosa and decided it was time for a visit. The staff were friendly, welcoming and the food as usual some of the best Japanese in london. Highly recommended. Ver carta

I am a frequent customer at this restaurant and a local resident. The food is amazing, authentic, and extremely fresh. I highly recommend trying the salmon cheek and mackerel grill, along with the classic leafy salad and seaweed salad. The lunch menu is also very affordable.

There is a great choice of fish and grilled food on skewers (which smell fantastic when you enter the restaurant) so you can try a wide range of dishes. My only comment is that it is so tasty you wish the portions were a little bigger. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant has a really nice atmosphere.

The food at this restaurant is delicious and true to its cultural roots. However, the portion sizes are disappointingly small, resembling those found on a children's menu. The lack of vegetarian and vegan options is a major downside, with only one or two onigiris available. In today's day and age, this lack of variety is not acceptable. Awful experience just wanted to go in only 2 people as a couple, on the door says closing at 22:30, Entered and waited couple minutes whilst a woman from behind bar shouted and greeted us, then a chap came with his phone in his hand looking at the screen kinda pissed off saying have you got a table booked?! We said just 2 of us do you have a table?! He was emm hmm abruptly we close at 10 PM! We were puzzled and he was not friendly nor had any manner and also you could feel an strong smell, so we just no thanks, he seemed very happy and ran inside again.

We were fortunate to snag the final two seats at the counter when we arrived just five minutes after the restaurant opened on a Saturday evening. We witnessed a number of people being turned away due to lack of reservations. The food was excellent, with a diverse menu offering options such as sushi, tempura, gyoza, and grilled skewers. Everything tasted very fresh, and we enjoyed watching the skewers being prepared right in front of us at the counter. It was our first time dining here, but we are already looking forward to coming back soon. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

Probably one of the most disappointing Japanese meals I have ever had. Since I lived in Japan for 20 years, I know what good Japanese food is supposed to be like. The tori karaage almost had no chicken in it and was mostly skin, which I have never seen before. Is this a money-saving measure? Shockingly price at almost eight pounds. Their Japanese sausages while authentic were way too small and overpriced. If you still want to go to Tosa, I would suggest getting the nasu dengaku, which was quite good, and perhaps some yakitori (although this too is overpriced .
