"UPDATE 11.03.2010 Yesterday, after a doctor's appointment, my husband brought two delicious lunch menus and, of course, my beloved Sesammaki and once again I have to find out: crunchy fresh, delicious, whether it's rice, filling, alga leaves, salad or the best inlaid ginger. I don't think I got any better and I tried all the sushi restaurants in Koblenz. ____________________________________________________________________ The owners used to run a business at the Löhr-Center, but they gave up a long time ago and now only roll on the Florinsmarkt. I know it is not Japanese, but that does not stop the quality and excellent taste, the rolls are just delicious. But what we never miss is the unbeatable good Hijikisalat, which is not yet offered at any other sushi restaurant in comparable quality. It is made up of I now say quite bold...Pilzen und Seealgen and now costs a whole 2 euros after a price increase! And because he's just so delicious we usually eat 2 portions of it. The lunch menus, which are available until 3 pm, contain a soup, but on request you also get a salad. 18 different Maki are offered for example for 8,50 €, the divine and really very best Sesammaki is available for 4 €. For this you get 6 large mackerel with the most delicious sesame. The selection is great. You can look at the preparation. Also excellent is the quality of the ginger offered. There's really nothing to complain about here.... For 1 euro a cup with green tea, mild, class, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit. On request, optically very appealing plates are also prepared for take-away with which guests can enjoy excellent and also very inexpensive. Don't forget to order the delicious salad. The ambience is very simple and sober, but clean and at these prices you can no longer expect. There are very few seats anyway. The toilets to which you have to descend deep into the cellar are also clean. Opening hours: Di-SA 12-15 and 17.30 -22.30 h, SO 17-22 hrs closed on Monday"
