"a surprisingly good restaurant in a small fresh fish shop in the middle of the romantic bad vilbel, a few kilometers north of frankfurt on main. only half a dozen tables (more if divided into tables for 2 people) mean that only a few selected guests can taste the culinary skills of the memo at the same time: from delicate jacobs and butterfish (a rare offer) to pink roast thunfischsteaks -the medium perfection. the sweet mix, which was offered as a supplement to a mixed fish plate as a main dish, was delicious, including yellow carrots, fennel and zucchini, and the fresh spinat side to the delicious jacobs was described as fabulous, as well as the basmatireis served for it. a light Turkish white wine was offered, which perfectly complemented the food and was surprisingly good. the service of two enthusiastic and funny young girls was attentive and generally very efficient, and after a conversation with our kindly host, as we were the last who went, our group really came back very satisfied. a previous reservation is a must, as they close at the two only evenings where they are open to 21 o'clock. their lunches, as I was told, are also very popular. it is misleading to classify the restaurant under cheap, but it is really cheap: we were a group of five people, of which three had served in addition to the main dishes, we had two bottles of wine and two bottles of water, and it was average on 32 € per head."

"Bestes Restaurant weit und breit. Das Essen ist immer super lecker, immer frisch und vor allem gibt es hier keine langen Wartezeiten. Wir gehen seit 12 Jahren hier essen. Die Wirtin selber ist der Knaller. Das ganze Personal ist immer nett und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich bei Sula einfach wohl. Im Sommer kann man wunderbar draußen im Garten sitzen."

"we were invited by my brother and her husband, as they were there once after their English course “for beginners”. it was a Saturday night around 19 clock, we parked on the street and went 2 minutes to the restaurant. our table stood exactly in the middle of the room, all surrounding tables were all occupied - with other words, the place was full! We were addressed by a very friendly waitress with a huge smile (which was a pleasant change) that gave us our menus and beverage order. the girls ordered prosecco, I took the alcohol-free white beer (running)! and a bottle of mineral water. main dishes were lasagne, noodles with mushrooms and walnut sauce, noodles with vegetables, a pizza stella with extra artichokes and two mixed salads. we had to wait, but as I mentioned earlier, the load was almost full - "so who comes first, grinds first". that waited was rewarded - we four had only compliments for eating - really delicious! we ordered extra freshly baked small rolls / rolls to immerse in the sauces from the three. the personal asked regularly on pleasant wise whether everything is in order or whether we need something. my shiny will definitely go there in the future as they live near. it is a great little hotel, female (family)? personal leads the hotel, it has a warm, friendly atmosphere, something off the main street, but a visit worth. ciao"

"this place meets my requirements for the ideal restaurant, except that I need a car to get there. great, fantastic menu. beautiful setting. very cheap prices! (I paid 30 euro for a liter apple wine, lasagne and chocolate cake). I'd eat there every day if I lived close. (being for those who live near, as this assessment will probably make it overcrowded). the only problem is the occasional influx of a large number of guests who really slow down the service. (but it is worth waiting for anyway)!"

"I always tell people that our friend who lives in the Karben area is the best cook in Germany. Her cooking is better than that of almost all of the many restaurants at which we eaten over the fifteen years I have been visiting Germany. But: Deutches Haus is the one and only restaurant that equals our friend's cooking (only equals your cooking, Marlies, but does not surpass).Deutches Haus is more expensive than the average restaurant, but the food is so delicious that I have to consider it an excellent value anyway. This last visit I had the pork medallions in mushroom sauce on noodles. The pork was very tender and flavorful; the mushroom sauce was better than sex; and the homemade noodles were the perfect accompaniment. This restaurant is a favorite with locals and is usually busy, so reservations are a good idea."
