Do not miss the cacio e pepe : pasta with cheese and pepper. Fresh bread with a lot of flavors is served on side. Very good dishes, normal prices.

My visits to Trattoria Angolomilano have always been at noon. If I will have dinner there at some point I 'll add another review. The lunch menu includes a fixed menu with 9 plates (pasta, rice, etc. , meat and salads and a daily menu with another 10 to 12 plates. I have tried items from both and have not been disappointed. Good quality food and courteous staff (I think all part of the same family . I go there twice a week.

This had been recommended to me by a local. We had reservations for 8PM and showed up a little early. We were given a great table for two near the back of the restaurant. They have some communal tables where they seated parties of two at either end, with no one in the middle. It was truly a locals place. The service was great. I loved that they brought our pitchers of water, both still and sparkling, without our asking. We started with an aperitivo while we looked at the extensive menu. We were the only tourists there, which we loved. I speak some Italian but the waiter also spoke English and help was available if we needed.
