"I’m going to begin with the one tiny negative, just to get it over with: the design of the space and the art is terrible. But the food is utterly spectacular. I ate the delicious veal tongue to begin with. My primi was the spaghetti Gragnano with sea urchin, and it is one of the most incredible things I have tasted. The hospitality and kind service by Chiara and her colleague is world class. They recommended a buttery Chardonnay that paired perfectly with the spaghetti; they were helpful and patient with recommendations, and really took their time with me. Dinner to celebrate my partner's birthday, I chose La Madia because I knew it would give us the right intimacy and an excellent experience... and so it was! Chiara, the restaurant manager, knows her stuff... extremely well-prepared from all points of view, she gives you a smile and it's immediately magic... between unparalleled flavours, compliments to the amazing Chef, and elegant vibes, we dined in total tranquility and serenity that only a high quality restaurant can give!
