"We have been several times in Pienza at different places an just dropped in for a drink . We ordered a Prosecco and a Campari Spritz . The Prosecco came out of a bottle that had probably been opened the day before or in the morning . The Campari Spritz came without any spritz , just water form the tap , some almost melted ice cubes ,certainly nothing sparkling in it , not to speak about Prosecco even . And as for the Campari: it must have been at the most 1 ml of Campari as one could see hardly the colour . It was the most awful aperitifs we have been ever drinking , in Italy or anywhere else in the world . Extremely bad to drink old Prosecco and a sort of pink water with some melted ice cubes . Just stay away from there . A no go . The perfect tourist trap ."

Based on the exterior pictures from their past, something clicked and they realized that their location is a postcard, and today they had the whole outdoor terrace decked out in tulips in planters was wickedly charming Good lunch and service!

I was on my own for lunch one afternoon and stopped at this delightful outdoor cafe! So beautiful. I had a delicious dish of polenta with melted cheese and truffles on top and so wish I had written down the name of the cheese! Simple but outstanding! I wanted to bring my sister back for dinner but unfortunately they were only open for lunch! I would have been happy to have every meal in Italy from this restaurant. So many other dishes I wanted to try. Great and friendly staff.
