I ordered the special pizza and it came out extremely soggy, almost like soup. It was inedible and made me feel sick. The staff were nice, but the overall experience was unpleasant. Service: 4 Location: 4

Nice store and cafe, good selection. Service was a little slow, it looked like only one young lady was in charge of preparing drinks, so maybe the place would benefit from hiring more staff. Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 5

The restaurant appears nice, but it is not dog friendly as advertised on Google. Dogs are not permitted inside, as indicated by stickers on the café doors. The business should update their Google listing to reflect this policy.

Today we had a birthday celebration with family and friends..the food was lovely and the service was excellent. From the moment we arrived the amazing team were attentive and thoughtful. Totally worth a visit... Food drinks: Amazing Service: 5 Location: 5

We had a wonderful afternoon tea yesterday. Beautifully presented and very yummy. Well worth every penny. On booking I mentioned one of the guests had allergies and would need gluten free, they did not forget this and produced a wonderful gluten free afternoon tea for our friend. A really excellent place just south of The A30 at Launceston. Have been there several times since first introduced by my brother and sister in law who live close by. Always a warm welcome, always immaculately clean bright and warm with an excellent menu ranging from a range of delicious cakes to a full meal, lovely coffee and tea as well. Then enjoy the shop where a wide range items are for sale. Standing well back from a road in lovely grounds with plenty of car parking, cannot recommend Tre, Pol Pen, highly enough.

Went for a family Christmas dinner and get together. Food was pre ordered, the starter was of an average standard but the main course I had ordered the roast beef with all the trimmings) was underwhelming to say the least. There was a lot of food on the platter, but all of it very badly cooked. The beef was pink, the way I like it normally, but it was extremely chewy. The roast potatoes were undercooked and the rest of the vegetables including the Brussel sprouts) were all roasted to a charcoal like state. Drinks were ordered and had to wait over half an hour for them. I could appreciate the wait if they were busy, but this wasn't the case. I'll end on a high note to say that the dessert was...

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant and will not be returning. This was my fourth visit and once again I had to make a complaint. Waiting 22 minutes for a cup of coffee is unacceptable, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. Additionally, they brought out another cup of coffee that I didn't even order. Today was the final straw - not only did we wait over 20 minutes for our initial order, but when it finally arrived, the teapot was chipped and the chips were cold. The staff had a nonchalant attitude and the table was sticky. The background music was too loud and the prices were not cheap. They even charged me for the coffee I didn't order. In my opinion, this restaurant has not...
