"Hmmmm,, really really nice area with positive vibes all night long. I loved the way the restaurant was presented and loved the warm Caribbean theme. I arrived just after sunset and we booked the seats outside.. The breeze the music the lights.. Was just too much! (That side was amazing nd quiet the experience) now, however, I didn 't like the food. Like, it weren 't intense? Do I make sense? I mean Caribbean,, when I think Caribbean I expect Caribbean.. The vibes yes they delivered but as for food and quality it was mediocre. Poor waiters I felt they were tortured by the customers they weren 't as confident and didn 't know the menu that well.. But they were still friendly and funny. I ordered the shrimp and mango pot. It was so cute how the actual dish was in a pot it had a cute Caribbean vibe to the look and smell of the dish but for the actual tasting ,, I just didn 't feel it? It was bland. I didn 't even taste the mango and I 'm a BIGGG fan of mango so that was quiet disappointing meh. BAHT overall,, I 'd definitely go back and visit but this time I 'd order something different and actually instruct them to emphasis on a certain ingredient lol I 'd purely go back just 'cause of the vibes and not the food."

Delicious food, great happy hour drinks, great vibe, great music. Service could be slightly more prompt, the waitresses seemed a little inexperienced albeit apologetic. Ver carta

Great service getting quite popular (took a while to book a reservation, but just shows how good it is)! The food portions were huge especially for the price you pay (cheap as chips) the rums were quite good for aged rums. Piña colada was stronger then I'm used to!

Great for a chain. My experience with Caribbean food is limited, so I don't know how it compares with others. We were impressed by the number of dinner options (5 nets and some pages). The breakfast menu had 3 vegan options. The food was tasteful and spicy. We had the sweet squirrel Roti Roll and the Ruck Tofu with coconut rice. The wrap was our favorite, I'd just go back for it.

We had an amazing meal at this restaurant. The prices were reasonable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We celebrated my son's 5-month birthday there, and the waiter was so cool with him, playing and paying attention to make the experience special. I'm upset that I didn't remember his name to give him credit, but it was a nice experience at Turtle Bay. I will definitely be returning. Love and gratitude.

Great place to have a meal. Heard of it for the first time 2 weeks ago and visited today. I enjoyed my meal of crispy chicken with coconut rice and beans. I also liked the 2 for 1 happy drinks. The waiters were nice. I loved the ambience. The restaurant is located in the town centre at the traffic lights so no free parking nearby. Great for public transport but if you are driving, there is no free parking but there is paid parking like 4 minutes away in the mall. Didn't use the toilet so I can't comment buy good restaurant overall.
