Nice, relaxed, welcoming environment with very attentive friendly service by Jahim and Jason, which was greatly appreciated as we were celebrating a birthday. Thank you very much we will definitely be coming back.

I had a fantastic time at Turtle Bay in Croydon. The ambiance and hospitality were amazing, and the food was delicious. They have great offers on cocktails, especially during happy hour. Special thanks to Mr. Henry for his excellent service and hospitality. Cheers!

Slow on service and collecting empty glasses/plates. The elderflower soft drink was definitely not elderflower however the waiter changed this for me to a different soft drink. One of the shot glasses had a crack, this was very dangerous to drink from. Atmosphere was nice all in all.

If you're looking for a great bottomless brunch spot, Turtle Bay is the place to be. The attentive staff, delicious food, and amazing cocktails make for an unforgettable experience. Steph went above and beyond to ensure we always had a drink in hand and were enjoying ourselves. Highly recommend!

This restaurant is a hidden gem! We initially stopped in for a quick lunch but ended up staying for the entire afternoon. Our waitress, Krysta, was exceptional. It was so nice to be served by someone who was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the menu and drink options. She made some great recommendations that we thoroughly enjoyed. We will definitely be coming back!

Went out with my friends, the drinks were okay-ish for me, I have had better cocktails tbh. I had the squid and curry goat with rice&peas the food was good, with the exception of there were burnt part of the rice&peas in my food that were somewhat hidden underneath. The squid was perfect, the deep fried mac n' cheese was nice. The service was quite slow. The atmosphere was the place was great.

Early lunch, whilst shopping in Croydon. Food was OK, but would have been better value to get the brunch; although who wants to be drinking so early in the afternoon. Maybe if I had gone there for an occasion, I would have felt more at ease and happily purchased the brunch. Did not represent good value for money a la cartè. Service was disappointing given that it wasn't very busy, although staff were friendly.

My first time in Croydon and it is kinda known for carribean cuisine. I passed by Turtle Bay and immediately I have decided I will have brunch there. Lovely staff, was very helpful especially it was our first time dining there. The food was great. I had the bbq jerk pit. Chicken was tender and the spices was really warm. Im glad they served rice they had bottled up sauces on the table which you can add on to your chicken depending on your liking. I love the fried plantainssss

My friend and I certainly enjoyed ourselves. We indulged in their bottomless brunch, and the waitresses were too kind. Our main server was a girl named Kryssa, sweet lady. Also, a tall slim brunette with long hair gave us charisma too. The drinks were flowing and we decided to order food. The Shack Shack burger was juicy and hit the spot, but really there should be at least a £1.50 charge for chips on the side; as the plate felt very empty. Or maybe side salad. I would go again, we’re already planning it! Thank you for your hospitality
