"They used to have one of the best pizzas in Coventry until few months ago.now even a supermarket bread in the oven with some toppings tastes better than their pizza. I ordered a tandoori chicken pizza recently,and when I collected,the base was so bad,it tasted like it’s been soaked in water and then just sent over,it was very soggy,then I called them and they sent me the replacement pizza,which was even worse,it was so thin that it felt like a slap in the face. Even the quality of toppings have gone really bad. unfortunately I had to put both the pizzas in the bin.u have lost a customer here..."

Pizzas are great and have some good deals make it quite cheap, also make awesome thick shakes. Had some late deliveries, although including paying deposit before they would deliver what was very strange I thought

Overpriced and serving sub standard ingredient pizzas, £16 for 2x 8” pizzas, one being margarita other being a free choice of 4 toppings, asked both to be deep pan and received thin crust, these pizzas are WAY overpriced.

My partner suggested we give them a hot tub, so we went for the 16 Tuscany special pizza and it definitely lived up to its name!! Fresh pizza, loved the garlic sauce and also cooked well. The Jalopeno peppers on the side were also good!! Will definitely order again Nice one guys!

AFTER 2 hours of waiting they didn’t send anything and was happy to cancel the order. Kept saying 10 mins for 2 hours straight. If you can’t run a business properly then DONT . Amazing how I only live down the road and due to leg injury I couldn’t walk to the shop only 2 min away. NEED NEW MANAGEMENT

Never had a bad experience with these guys, pizza always consistently good and the dips (think, they are freshly made) are great. Was not at Dominos or another pizza chain since the attempt of Tuscany. Staff are all kind, apart from a guy who is bored forever and doesn't seem ready to engage in any chitchat.

From the moment the Lad on the counter answered my call n spoke like a welcoming language I knew it was goin to b good pizza. Ordered a small pizza meat feast that was proposed. Get my pizza collection and boy oh boy this pizza was the best pizza. Top food will be my going to pizza place safe. Delicious quality n good service

Garlic bread over cooked nearly burned, Fanta cans are not Fanta has a lucozade kind of colour, just cheap Fanta from abroad. Pizza had no taste.. being a regular customer this may be my last order here, I will order from a proper pizza shop nxt time. I didn't want to call and complain and give the owner some harsh facts about the quality of food as this would upset him and I don't want to upset him personally.
