"As an American, I have had a *few* burgers over the years, so I know what I like. I was curious about this restaurant because I had heard good things and I was craving a true, American burger. So I ordered the American . The first bite blew me away, the patty was much thicker than expected and so juicy, the vegetables seemed fresh, and I could see there was a beautifully crisp slice of bacon. But as I continued eating, I saw there was only one short slice of bacon and the bun, not a real hamburger bun but close, started falling apart. The sandwich was also a bit dry because I believe it was lacking bbq sauce. An American burger always needs mayo, mustard, and/or ketchup. I was kind of disappointed by the lack of authenticity, but I have to say it was a good burger nonetheless. And the service was incredible, we came for an early dinner at around 7:30, and the restaurant was empty, like expected. The owner (I 'm assuming) welcomed us in and made sure we were comfortable with the temperature in the area, and took some time to explain the menu and the burger we ordered before and after the meal. When we got up to pay, he offered us a digestive, which was very kind of him. I think if I come back, I 'll definitely try a different burger now that I know not to expect an American style of burgers, but to try something different and to be warmly welcomed."

Amazing staff and really good burgers! We went as they were recommended for gluten-free options and were not disappointed. Recommend this place for a good burger

But get very regrettable, especially US-Burger and TV-specialburger. The staff is very friendly and gentle, after serving always asked about test and feedback. Their decorations are not derka-based, but indirectly good. You can find menus pictures below I uploaded. Prices are appropriate for the test.

The bad-manners and unprofessional behavior of the waitress was too much, otherwise we would give higher vote. She was alone but also the restaurant was empty (2-3 tables). 20 min for a coffee and when she finally brought it she almost throws it on the table. When other costumers asked her something she had so rude way to respond. Sorry for the owner because it could be a good place. Hamburger is okay- even if a year ago was much tastier. The guy with black glasses is very frendly and kind. It is a pity by the way, because the food is good and beers too.

We ate here late in the evening after a day in Venice. The service was excellent and the food was very good. We started with a salad cleavage between two of us spinach salad with a plentiful help of very thin cut bacon. Then followed our main thing I had a delicious burger with truffle and egg in it and she had a cut roast beefburger. The burger was better than I had somewhere in Canada or the USA. We followed with dessert from Tiramisu and apple cake. The whole food was excellent and the service was friendly and inconspicuous. Good selection of liqueurs for cocktails.
