"I remember twenty years ago living a couple of buildings up the street from Montpelier Uncle Sam's. My favourite burger was a blue cheese but the top combo was definitely the All Star Meal Deal. Just shut up and pay the extra for a shake instead. I remember walking to the end of the street to watch the West Pier burn for half an hour and then collecting a burger before eating it sitting on my doorstep. Uncle Sam's a true Brighton institution.
