For my birthday, my friends gifted me a voucher for a gin masterclass at a restaurant. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs. The staff, especially the bartender leading the masterclass, were friendly and knowledgeable. We had a fantastic time, bonding with the other guests in our group and enjoying the great atmosphere and food. It was definitely worth a visit and the best present ever!

We went for dinner on a Saturday night. Beef Wellington was okay, maybe we expected it to blow our mind and it didn’t. Overall food was alright. Appetizers were underwhelming. Definitely not mind blowing. The service was shocking. It looked like the waitress hasn’t received any training or had any hospitality experience. We also to wait a while just to even get water. Difficult to get their attention. Somehow you expect world class quality at a Ramsay restaurant and this was a bit disappointing. Ver carta

Absolutely loved this place. We had fantastic service and fantastic food from start to finish. We had the beef Wellington experience at £95 each for 2 people. We received a cocktail upon arrival and then 3 wonderful courses, couldn't finish it all! Didn't feel rushed at all, but the people who state slow service are wrong they just give you time between courses to let it settle as a restaurant should. I'm sure after reading reviews if customers want faster service they could ask and would receive it.

I decided to try this restaurant based on a friend's recommendation, and I was not disappointed. It was an absolutely amazing experience. The food was delicious, with generous portions and a variety of options. Gordon Ramsay truly deserves his fame. The service was outstanding, exceeding my expectations with friendly, patient, and super professional staff. The atmosphere was perfect for a dinner with friends. I highly recommend this restaurant for a pleasant dining experience. I can't wait to come back and try their lunch menu this week!

We went to the restaurant for a pre-theatre supper on a quiet midweek evening. Despite there being few customers, there were plenty of staff and I could see three chefs in the partially open kitchen. However, we had a terrible experience with the maitre d', who seemed to have a grudge against us. The service was incredibly poor and we were treated rudely. Our food took forever to arrive, including a simple burrata dish that should have been quick to prepare. We had to repeatedly remind our waiter about our order. It made us wonder if this place is really a restaurant, or just pretending to be one. It felt like a pricey practical joke on unsuspecting customers. Ver carta

Terrible experience. We came here with family who were visiting from overseas and it was embarrassing how bad it was. The restaurant was clearly understaffed as everything seemed to take ages. At 20:30 we got to our table and ordered. Our starters took forever to arrive, we had to ask for thw plates to be cleared and then our main courses didn 't arrive until 22:30. No one wants to eat a curry that late! When we asked why it was taking so long, the very rude waitress answered, This is not mcdonalds. Specifically booked this restaurant because the beef wellington was on the menu. When we arrived 6pm Sunday 17th December the waitress brought up cutlery for us to pass along ourselves. Then said there are a few dishes not available. About 7 dishes weren’t available including the beef wellington. No sushi, only one variety of steak. Restaurant was cold. When I asked why so many dishes weren’t available we were told “it’s Christmas and we haven’t had a delivery today”. Even asked for a particular wine from the menu and was told that one wasn’t available but could suggest another. Terrible: Very poor value for money, food was mediocre (some dishes were over salted, some were bland), wine was way overpriced and not very good. There were 5 adults and one child in our party, none of the meals or drinks were interesting or special. Food took a long time, the kids meal arrived 1.5hrs+ after we sat down, we had to ask two times for it since our 4yr old was getting hungry. In the end, it was a plate of sausage and mash and I could have cooked something more interesting and tasty myself, in a fraction of the time. Worst of all was the service.
