in the noble ambiente des grand hotels, we were kindly received. as there was little going on during the week in the evening, even a second table was added to offer us more space. the service was extremely competent and friendly, moreover also very attentive. the prefabricated menu order was served with pleasant pauses and tasted just heavenly. 2 appetizers, sushi

when I thought the stand with the saschimi and the two plates with maki are just the start until I realized that this is the whole buffet. the selection was very clear and not very exciting. in such an elevated ambiente, I would have expected much more creativity and diversity. you have to stand for 10 minutes until you have something on the plate again. I don't have to have it again.

while the restaurant is not easy to find. ins grand hotel with the lift in the 7th floor and then right! because left is another restaurant. the service is very accommodating and adapts to the wish. the "Great from the kitchen" surprises very positiw and when the sushi comes, the heart is happy. the whole garnished in a beautiful and quiet ambiente makes lunch easy to experience. this is also to be paid.

we had a mixed food sequence with sashimi, tempura, misosuppe and various appetizers, which we had expanded a bit by a selection of single dishes. We drank warm sacrificials.The preparation and presentation of the food leaves no wish open. the service is very attentive. you sit very nice in the 7th etage and look at the roofs (at least partially with existing roof windows).This is one of the first addressed Japanese cooking art and it has kept the very good standard since we were here for the first time around 20 years ago.
