Lovely dine-at-home meal. Clear and sensible instructions (all the parts of all the main courses at the same oven temperature for different times), and delicious food (the twice-baked cheese soufflé was a particular highlight). Lots of very fresh veg. Would recommend!

I had one of the best dining experiences ever – thank you! The table setup was beautiful, and the food was not only delicious but also elegantly presented. The atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly. Regarding dietary restrictions, none were necessary, but they did ask. Parking was perfectly fine. For service, it was dine-in during dinner. The price per person was around £40–50.

The old Rectory is a beautiful house located in a breathtaking setting. The food was among the best I've ever had in the area, and it offers incredible value for money. The vegetable garden is a must-see; I suggest taking a short walk to it before indulging in dessert. I can't wait to taste the homegrown artichokes and homemade butter – what a delight! I had a wonderful evening with friends during our weekend getaway. We received a warm and friendly welcome from Paul and his cat, Eric, which made us feel right at home! We were served some appetizers upon arrival, followed by a variety of delicious courses. The restaurant offers a set menu, where all guests dine together in a cozy dining room. As a vegetarian, I was pleased with the alternative starter and main dishes, both of which were outstanding. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable evening, and it was great value for the money.
