Pizza veramente ma veramente buona ......anche le birre super !!!

tra le migliori pizze senza glutine di trenta! Ho particolarmente apprezzato la scelta di dedicare una parte intera di menu a proposte di pizze vegane con un sacco di grano vegano, mozzarella vegana e fette vegane!

Vastissima scelta di birre di alta qualità da vari birrifici di tutto il mondo, scelta di prodotti di birrificio artigianali trentinivsempre diversa. Ampia scelta di pizze molto buone e con accostamenti molto interessanti. Consigliata la prenotazione, il locale è piccolo. Ampia veranda esterna, le sale al chiuso sono ricavate negli scantinati, di difficile accesso per le persone con difficoltà a assemblare. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Sono stata a mangiare una pizza in questo locale e devo dire che è un pò piccolo cmq rispettano la distanza e i tavoli NON sono tutti pieni.A parte questo ho visto che ci sono più di pizze e anche una grande varietà di birre.....A me è arrivato un calzone normale ma tutta la mozzarella era concentrata in centro .....ad una persona hanno portato una pizza stracolma di verdure miste grigliate ...Le pizze sono nella norma niente di eccezionale anche se ci sono delle pizze fuori.. norma Ho trovato interessante la degustazione di birre (ti danno piccole birre da assaggiare e ti descrivono come sono fatte) Ver carta

On Saturday evening, I visited Uva e Menta for the second time with 2 friends. We had not booked, but the waiting staff offered us a table, letting us know that it was then booked and the time we would have had to visit they were all polite and friendly. Staff is also knowledgeable about their products they have different types of pizzas, a wide selection of beers and wines as well as tasty soft drinks. The service was quick and efficient. And the pizzas are delicious, perfectly cooked and with fresh ingredients. I really the fact that they have most traditional pizzas, plus some very yummy not so usual options. Highly recommended :

After ordering 2 different craft beers and sending one back as it smelt and tasted of egg, to have a very young and very arrogant boy bring the same beer back to the table and say that he has been drinking beer for 4 whole years and the egg that i smell is in fact hopps. To then hear the bar maid, also very young, say that we will be paying full price when I asked if I could have a different beer in a very loud voice across the bar, is unacceptable We also ate to wraps which were average at best. Paying a grand total of 35euro. For 2 sandwich’s and 2 beers (sorry 3 beers) as we were charged for them all, is a little pricey. Will not be returning or recommending the restaurant.

After the lock down, after their interior working of the restaurant, yesterday we went for the first time. I have to say, they did a great job. The internal decoration is great! feels like you are in Barcelona, with the modern art design, a lot brighter the inside part of the restaurant, and they made the space much bigger, brighter and much fashion with modern design art pictures. Always the UVA MENTA design decorations, they are really artists i have to say! all the staff are very careful of serving you, the menu now is contactless just scan the QR CODE you can see all the colorful completed menu, you can then order...everything is contactless and they really did a great job! both outside...
