I love this place! Perfect for the 2 vegetarians in our party and even our avid meat eater loved it. We had the menu that included 5 different Veggie dishes, each were delicious and different in taste and texture. Very recommended.

La cucina è eccellente. Servono pesce e piatti vegetariani. Il piatto unico vegetariano è abbondante, formato da 5 assaggi e ognuno lo può comporre come crede scegliendo nell'ampia offerta giornaliera. Il pesce è freschissimo e spazia dagli antipasti (il baccalà fritto è gustosissimo , ai primi (ottime tagliatelle alla marinara e polenta con baccalà ai classici secondi. Benissimo i dessert. Servizio cortese e dovizia di spiegazioni sul menù. Prezzi medi con ottimo rapporto qualità/quantità/prezzo. Consigliatissimo. È bene prenotare. Ver carta

Trovo rassicurante che in Macerata c'è un ristorante vegetariano (che poi non è 100%, ma ce ne andiamo) e che lo stesso volto di pizze eccezionali. Pizza con berretti di farina senatore e lievitazione di 72 ore, si sente anche che gli ingredienti per le condimenti sono accuratamente selezionati. Apprezzo anche la filosofia del ristorante di cercare di evitare gli sprechi, ed è per questo che non avremmo potuto prendere le carote perché fanno parte di un menu completo ma li hanno portati solo quando hanno ricevuto altri ordini. Esperienza positiva, tornerò!

This was my third meal at Verde Caffe but my first at lunchtime and sitting outside. The main course food as usual was superb. High quality ingredients used in simple but unusual combinations with an excellent balance of flavour and texture. My only disappointment was the deserts. Just two, the Italian standards of Panna Cotta or Tiramisu which you find in just about every restaurant in Italy. Couldn't the chef who is so imaginative with the main courses do a little more than this. I had a Panna Cotta with chocolate. The Panna Cotta was as expected, the chocolate turned out to be a scoop of Nutella. For a restaurant of this quality to present that was poor and spoiled an otherwise excellent... Ver carta
