"Fast lunch. the place is in the center and the combinations are sought. attentive and fast service. "siamo stati in questo ristorante per due notti di fila, più per la scarsa competizione di buoni ristoranti in macerata che per le esperienze culinarie offerte. ottima disponibilità, professionalità e cortesia del personale. camere scure, scure e poco profonde (non ho visto una finestra) o un'indicazione di un'ocita di emergenza. alcuni piatti sembravano troppo elaborati in modo che alla fine fossero confusi, pasticcini e pesanti. troppi ingredienti che non hanno fatto i piatti né l'oca o accattivante. tortelloni con troppe salse in cima e sotto i paccheri ripieni preparati in anticipo e poi, in piedi come soldati, sono stati composti in tempi diversi complicando il processo e allungando il tempo di imballaggio tanto è vero che erano tiepidi sopra e freddi dentro e sotto. perché non condividerli insieme con la salsa come sempre date loro uniformità di gusto e temperatura? d'altra parte gli gnocchi con la salsa d'anatra, il taglio e l'agnello rotto. la semplicità della tradizione paga sempre. peccato, data la volontà di fare bene e l'impegno dimostrato. Vorrei lasciare andare la cucina nouvelle"

"This was my third meal at Verde Caffe but my first at lunchtime and sitting outside. The main course food as usual was superb. High quality ingredients used in simple but unusual combinations with an excellent balance of flavour and texture. My only disappointment was the deserts. Just two, the Italian standards of Panna Cotta or Tiramisu which you find in just about every restaurant in Italy. Couldn't the chef who is so imaginative with the main courses do a little more than this. I had a Panna Cotta with chocolate. The Panna Cotta was as expected, the chocolate turned out to be a scoop of Nutella. For a restaurant of this quality to present that was poor and spoiled an otherwise excellent meal. I'll be back but skip the deseserts."

"la camera è molto bella, mobili minimi, mi sarei aspettato qualcuno alla reception all'ingresso, non appena siamo entrati non abbiamo capito cosa fare. il bagno non era molto pulito e la cosa mi ha disturbato un po ', anche se forse quelli che sono entrati nel mio ptima erano senza istruzione. abbiamo mangiato un antipasto di carne cruda un primo classico maceratese le vincite e un filetto con un contorno di patate due bicchieri di acqua di vino rosso e un dessert. tutto molto buono e ben fatto carne di ottima qualità e un plauso alle vincite di grasso che mi ha ricordato i sapori dell'infanzia che solo una nonna poteva riprodurre. Se non fosse stato per un paio di dettagli, solo per il cibo avrebbero assolutamente meritato le 5 stelle. Ad ogni modo di essere un posto nuovo molto buono! molto consigliato ai turisti che vogliono assaggiare i veri sapori delle marche!"

"We often go with my wife and friends to eat in this restaurant. In couple we take almost always steam ravioli, spaghetti with plate, spicy soy spaghetti and second the grilled shrimp with garlic. Sometimes we experience some other dishes, but those indicated are our favorites. At the end we make dinner, we exit sazi having spent in 2 max 15,00 euros. There are many dishes that cost 3 or 4 euros and are plentiful, enough quietly for 2 adults. You spend a pleasant evening eating well and spending very little....and there is who complains?"
