"we went with my wife and two babies and ordered two pieces of chocolate cake. after literally 25 minutes waiting time, the cakes would not arrive, although there were hardly customers at that time. we had to go, but they paid us for the cakes we never ate. the headkeeper who had served us (a big slim lady) offered us with a big smile, although we were significantly upset. my wife and I suspect that she was the problem, not the restaurant itself. she started to give us menus in English when we asked them "only German she said) even if I went later and picked English menus themselves. during the 25 minutes of waiting she never even came to ask us if we needed anything else, although we saw her and the other waiters who visited the other customers continuously. long story short, we felt discriminated by her (no German? did they come in with children? not beautifully dressed as the average customer in this neighboring my wife worked in the prime tower, so she came with her colleagues a few times into this restaurant and told me that the service is questionable. I can testify. when they come with children and/or are looking for a relaxed, snob-free atmosphere, they do not come here (they risk getting underhumane treatment), but simply go over the playground to kiosk."
