Seafood was outstanding.I must say that I enjoyed the seafood more at Vigata Restaurant than the seafood I ate at Michelin star restaurants(Alain Ducasse Rech Paris, GT Fish Oyster, Chicago etc.. You ask why ? Seafood is incredibly noble and, when cooked right, extremely satisfying. Ogni volta che passo per Porto Empedocle non posso non tornare in questo ristorante. La cucina è ottima, materie prime di grandissima qualità. Il menù viene aggiornato con una certa frequenza e non è mai banale, il servizio eccellente ed infine, il conto è assolutamente nella norma.

Passano gli anni ma Vigata rimane sempre una garanzia! Pesce ottimo, personale competente e location molto accogliente e moderna. Considerando l’aumento di prezzi che aggrava sulla provincia di Agrigento, rapporto qualità prezzo top. Impeccabili come sempre. Consigliatissimo lo spaghettone con i ricci.
