Wonderful every single time. Service is gracious and food is wonderful. Wine selection is great and you can’t beat the view.

Lovely place out of the 'turistic ' places of Como 's branch and related Hollywood stars.. If you like understatement, this place may fit for you. Enjoyable dinner in relaxed environment. Highly recommendable

With such an amazing back drop I was hoping the food was good and I wasn't disappointed. The best of Italian food, with possibly the most beautiful view in the world. Make sure you pick an evening when it's nice weather to ensure you can sit outside on the terrace and watch the sun go down.

The restaurant is part of an expensive villa type hotel. The dining room is well set out and the service is discreet and capable. Our food was lovely and we enjoyed our coffee on the beautiful terrace with the lights of the villages across the lake twinkling. On the down side I think they should have left us a little more time between courses, we felt a bit rushed. The food was lovely although a little over priced.

Me and my partner did not know about this place, and wondering around the lake we decided to stop over for a dinner. Been welcomed in english at the gate made us wonder if we had to leave a monthly wage to pay the bill, then we saw the stunning location and we thought of leaving before even starting ordering. Instead, we had a wonderful evening, a very tasty dinner, and a pleasant surprise when the bill arrived. We rented a house right next door to this restaurant. Unfortunately the meal was a disappointment price taken into consideration. The location is however beautiful in a nice garden overseeing the lake and the waiting staff was polite and service minded, they also spoke excellent English. We had a good starter, but the main course was overly ambitious. I had the fish from the lake which unfortunately was dry and overcooked. It was for some reason coated in almonds without any sauce or oil which made it even drier. The risotto with lamb ragu was okay, but the gnocchi was served in too much sauce on a messy plate.

There are only two restaurants in this town. We tried this one because of the view, also because it has an elevator that takes you down. The restaurant is very nice and the terrace is indeed stunning! The waiter was very nice and friendly. The food was okay but not great. They give you a lot of nice "ameuse geule "s (salami, cheese, olives, bread, salmon). We had ordered a kid 's meal (chicken nuggets and fries) and were surprised that they charged Euro 16 for it. The Aperol Spritz was Euro 15. In the end, we paid double of what we usually pay at a restaurant and thought, it just wasn 't worth it. But again, service, decor and view are really great.

We celebrated here my boyfriend's 30th birthday and it was amazing. We have been seated on the small terrace overlooking the lake and mountains. The staff is very attentive and helpful. We have ordered a veal with parmesan crust and potatoes and also a fish (can't remember what type) with asparagus and potatoes. The fish was excellent and veal soft and tender however the cheese crust was too salty. As a desert we had ice cream and saffron and pistachio creme brule which tasted fine but the sugar crust was burn.
