"We came for the fourth time in five years. And at each new visit, disappointment is growing: the delta between the number of stars and certain services is increasing. Given the prices, we would have chosen dishes not exceeding 80€. Breakfast formula: we had to take a table of 4 people because the 3 tables of 2 people were not rid of, after us, arrived two couples: the first couple had to shake the table to settle, for the second couple, they had to take the cups and covered on another table to take their breakfast. The prices were more in line with quality. Le petit dejauner : A 22€ for frozen pastries, crêpes of the eve and empty trays even no simple baguettes available. Dinner: good but not enough to justify prices. At 100€, entrance and dish for 2 with drinks: you better go to eat at Michel Saran in Toulouse. The stubbornness of some points in the rooms: Danger, do not let old age settle. The swimming pool, in the middle of the summer unusable: no maintenance, to abandon. And yet, it's a mess with that pool. What a pity However, we must note the quality of the SPA completely remade with taste and quality: it's a pepit! We will return once again because we love the frame: the park, the soul of the house, the quality of some decoration elements. Mr. Director: I can't imagine the cost and the investment to maintain such a good in condition, I can't imagine the personnel costs for an establishment wishing to 5, but be careful not to fall into the classic increase the prices to survive example of shopping centers and leases that make all the signs go. In our small experience of beautiful hotels, we were more willing to spend €5 for 2 nights with 2 breakfast, 1 dinner and unlimited SPA access for these services."

Unbelievable time in a family brunch in this beautiful setting. Brunch has will with excellent products... lobsters, salmon, foie gras, hot dishes, pancakes ... a treat!! I recommend.

The place is very nice from the outside, however for a 5-star star you are entitled to expect high-end services which is not the case. The establishment seems to be understaffed person to serve us at the bar and nobody to welcome us at breakfast. No refreshing point or water fountain in the steam sauna space, which is very regrettable. On the other hand massage providers were at the top as well as food at the restaurant. For the rest, it's time to see... and yet I'm not driving in Ferrari.
