"Buyer beware. I went to check out this place to potentially bring friends later on. Upon entering, I noticed that the restaurant was mostly empty, with only three people at one table. A staff member who seemed rude and possibly under the influence of drugs or just poorly trained in customer service, greeted me. When I tried to order a coffee, it was initially refused, then allowed, but then denied again. I decided to leave as there are plenty of other great dining options in Cookstown with well-trained staff and exceptional food. I cannot recommend a place that portrays itself as something it is not. Just having the name "Italian Restaurant" does not make it so. Arrogance and poor manners are not qualities of an authentic Italian restaurant. Buyer beware."

The pizza at this restaurant is excellent and they also offer a great value children's deal. The staff is friendly and helpful, making for a pleasant dining experience. It's no wonder this place is popular. We will definitely be coming back the next time we are in Cookstown.

Very nice my first time in and it won't be my last. Food was beautiful we had a starter and main was filled up at end was really happy with the quality of the food. Usually when up that way go to Portstewart and visit amecias which was my favourite but now villa vinci is and less travel. I truly recommend. Ver carta

Overall a nice place to eat, staff is friendly and food is very good worth the price. The only down i have to point out in case no one did before is the womens toilet locker doesnt function properly and when i told the staff after being locked and having to call my partner to open it for me i was disregarded and told i just had to be gentle with the locker. As if someone has instructions on how to open a new door after being locked, it should be replaced to avoid a future problem. Otherwise toilet conditions were ok.

My husband and I traveled from County Fermanagh to dine at this restaurant based on a friend's recommendation. We were not disappointed at all. We started with a delicious starter each, with the Gamberoni being a standout dish. For our main courses, I ordered the Aperto Bistecca Panini while my wife had the Duck Pastille. The portions were generous, and my wife even had to take half of her meal home. The Tiramisu was a real standout, unlike anything I have ever tasted before. The prices were very reasonable, and the staff were polite and professional. We will definitely be returning in the future.

"Been twice lately as a couple , both times during midweek in the evening for dinner. We will not be back which is unfortunate as it’s within walking distance to us. Very poor and unacceptable. Used to enjoy coming here as our local but the food served midweek is borderline embarrassing. Unfortunately it’s not nice to say but true The lasagne served to us was 100% the exact same one that a local butcher in the town sells for a quarter of the price. The presentation of the food is poor lasagne and chicken fillet burger were served on the corner of the plate, one the other corner there was a few salad leaves which had brown tinges on them. This is the second time in a few months salad has been served to us in the Greenvale top bar and it’s going off and visibly brown. A friend of mine, his wife and parents complained about the poor quality of rare steaks served to them before Christmas 2022, the manager was very unprofessional in how he dealt with the matter. I believe the glenavon offers much better value across the road and a better experience. The Greenvale is very expensive for what it serves the menu is typical northern Irish meals that you can purchase in any butchers or shop in the town. Will not be back as we gave it a second chance after the last time. I think it’s one of these places that has its regulars who have come for years and won’t hear a bad word about their local. Villa Vinci and other local restaurants are miles above this and cheaper."
