Probably the best tea room in the world. Great service, fantastic food and fabulous surroundings.

A lovely warm welcome from the staff. Very dog friendly, so much so, my beagles won't go past without calling in for their toast. Can't beat the all day breakfast followed by a freshly baked scone.

Me and my friend call in every Tuesday morning Breakfast is the best I've ever had. Oh and the bonoffi pie is to die for. Jane and her staff are lovely and nothing is to much trouble for them they are so friendly.

we love the tea room, are so friendly and eating is delicious. really good selection of homemade cakes and cakes. Sunday breakfast is a must and a great price with tea coffee or juice. nothing is too much annoying and always a warm welcome
