Self-service, but one employee was busy making waffles and basically ignored us. Only one table was occupied. Since she had little success baking waffles and didn't notice us, we left after ten minutes. You have to ask yourself how the owners of a store like this imagine the concept. We had to queue for 15 minutes, constantly having to avoid the conditions. We then waited another 15 minutes for the first waffle. The other two waffles came another 5 minutes apart, so it wasn't really possible to eat together comfortably. In addition, the atmosphere is a bit hectic, also due to the small bells that start ringing every time you pick up a waffle, which in itself would be a nice idea. Maybe the concept needs to be revised a bit. Furthermore, the employees seemed overwhelmed. The waffles themselves were good and tasty, but minimally expensive.
