Wagamama - Carta

We stopped in here before seeing a movie at the Odeon next door Great location, free parking in the evening, right in the middle of town.

The service was really great thank you to Anthony, Cristiano, Pedro and James they were all so friendly. The food was really fresh and delicious too

Beautiful atmosphere and lovely staff. We were served by David who was extremely accommodating, friendly and funny. Food was 10/10 can’t wait to come back. Thanks guys x

Good service, good food and incredibly friendly staff. Our waitress was Paige and she was very welcoming and polite. £5 for a 330ml alcohol free Asahi seemed a bit expensive though.

Saturday evening so expected a wait to get in manager came out and managed our expectations very well and we got in and seated in far less time so happy with that. Everyone that served us were positive and pleasant and one little disappointment...with stringy beans was dealt with perfectly. Very happy and looking forward to returning. Ver carta

We ordered through Deliveroo and dish (out of was wrong. Not Deliveroo’s fault as the ticket was correct, so staff handed over the wrong dish. Couldn’t eat the wrong dish as it was a firecracker curry. No apologies and no resolution when we...called Wagamamas directly. We had to simply accept a refund on Deliveroo app. Won’t be ordering again until service improves.

Disappointed. Went in on Sunday and asked for a table, the restaurant was about half full. After being ignored for a few minutes a waiter came over and told us that they were having problems in the kitchen and food would be slow. We were...fine with that as we weren't in a rush, as we asked to sit down, only to be told that their policy is not to seat people until they were ready to order so we could stand and wait at the door instead. Not really what we were hoping to hear, but we would have happily sat and had a couple of drinks whilst waiting to order. It was sad that they weren't willing to be accommodating, so we left.

Went last night with my wife and son. Waited mins for a table that’s fine they are busy). Pleasant and friendly service from our waitress. Ordered main meals and a couple of sides. Sons meal came pretty quickly, my wife’s then...came minutes later and I eventually ended up cancelling mine after waiting another minutes. What procedures do they have in place that makes it acceptable to just chuck out dishes when they’re ready we wanted to eat as a family….. too much to ask ? It’s pretty clear what’s going wrong- they have pretty much transformed into a takeaway service and they obviously make more from that then sitting guests, so they prioritise the takeaway None of this review is directed at...
