If you are looking for perfect service and food, don't ignore forest rest! Almost a compulsion to go regularly, who once was there, surely always comes back.

Very good food and top service. The interior is somewhat dusty, but quite suitable. The restaurant or hotel is wonderfully located in the forest directly on a lake. Spacious parking is available.

the pork-blooded cream brulee was up and good for itself, but unfortunately only tasted after vanilla and not even a hauch after blunt flowers. When I looked friendly, I was told that the alderly blossoms had only a delicate peculiar taste. I can't agree with that, but I didn't have a pleasure on discussions. such a delicious vanilla cream brulee eaten. but the service is unfortunately no longer what he was under the line of the family stealing time. great shame!

Very nice flair, for us it was great with 4 small children to eat on the terrace. The kids could bridge waiting times with rum races on the lawn. Great idea that a child eats for free per parent! So delicious were the potatoes, the asparagus and the fish. However, the adult sections are rather small, only Sosse is much more important in the asparagus. We haven't been satt. This is why there is a deduction for price/performance. We still come back, every year to the wedding day that has tradition

We have been regularly here for several years and always with enthusiasm! While Ms. Gehl and the ladies and gentlemen of the service take care of our well-being (and that always corresponds to the respective guest: Almost silent and discreet or with a lot of humour and time for a chat), Mr. Gehl conjures excellent dishes with his employees. Even after more than 20 visits and several celebrations, including our own wedding party, I can't escape to have ever objected. So who likes to appreciate fine cuisine, also something international but always with regional twist, that we feel comfortable here.
