I know the forest house for years, both restaurant and very nice bar and can only say everything very well. on Sunday you can also taste delicious breakfasts, the cocktails in the bar you can find so easy in hamburg not again.

This restaurant is really amazing.Quite location, beautiful interior, very correct and friendly service and really good food (food is not expensive for a 5* hotel restaurant).Sashimi of Tuna is superb, the king prangs with tomato and garlic is amazing.Probably one of the best restaurants in this region.

Great variety of cocktails amazing bar tender. Menu limited options and thentables are to small for eating at the bar plus is a smoking cigar place. So just go for a good cocktail and then find a suitable restaurant in the area. The breakfast in the hotel is up to 10:00 to take food from the buffet and 10:30 closing time. Not for me. Interesting dinning experienced. Choice of indoor or outdoor. We choose outdoor as it was lovely in spring. Had an interesting experienced with the oxtail soup which was served dry and the soup was poured when the dish is on the table. Very different kind of oxtail soup. I was lucky to be visiting during the season of the white asparagus. It's very nice and delicious. Overall the food is very good especially the steak. Food serving is generous too!

if you are looking for a pleasant location with a nice atmosphere where you can rely on the quality of food and a decent service...you can't do anything wrong here...it's not spectacular but sometimes you just like to go to a place you know everything will be ok :) the menue is a good combination of traditional dishes and seasonal additions...the service is attentive, one or the other could be a bit more friendly but overall I am a regular guest who hasn't been disappointed but always like to come back...

birthday party on 8.6.20 reservation was made, three people at 16:00 would be led to a table that was not covered. as said, there was a reservation before! operation as friendly, a little more expert knowledge would be good. the carpaccio was not the hit. tasteless, does not know what a feigechutney and a soft cheese (baby leaf) must look for! the main course: lammfilet, portweinsauce, speckbohnen and rosmarinkartoffeln. the other main course: if meldaillons is on the map, then they expect two small parts of rindefilet, not a steak. but I don't want to list it anymore. it was better. the business leaders should think.
