"When ordering sweet and sour chicken on 3 separate deliveries they forgot the sweet and sour sauce every time (which is quite an important component of Sweet and sour chicken). 1st time I didn’t complain as I just thought it was a one off. The next time I called and they said they could bring some but it would be another 20 minutes so I declined and they said they would make sure it would be in next time and take the price off next time. Then on the 3rd occasion even when specifically asked not to forget the sweet and sour sauce as they had done the last two times (no mention of taking the last order off the price), guess what happens no sauce again. When I called I got an apology but not good enough after 2 £20 orders and a £30 order. Someone did turn up half an hour after we had eaten the food with some sauce but I sent them away as it useless now. Other than that food is average at best. Will not be re ordering."

I loved the celery and water chestnuts in the chicken and cashew nut dish. The portion of chicken was also generous. The service was very pleasant.

ordered chicken chow mein arrived quickly meal wasnt bad but needed more flavour was bit bland not much chicken either not the worst ive had but could do with improving

I’ve been going to Mings for years now but are meal tonight was rotten no free prawn crackers(spent £25) which isn’t the first to be fair food was tasteless not nice at all will be trying somewhere else from now on

As lovely as the food is from here, we won’t be ordering again. 3 times they’ve got our order wrong to basically be told we’re lying in not so many words. Told we will get the item free next time, to actually be charged for it.

Just spent £50+ on take away due to our local shop being closed, always a risk when you have never tried a place before. 7 meals and extras all excellent and all eaten. Good food and a decent price. Well worth it and will use again.

I placed a telephone order for vegetable chop suey, boiled rice, side portions of mushrooms, noodles, and curry sauce to be ready in 20 minutes. I collected the order within that time and it was ready to go. The food was very tasty with lovely crisp vegetables. The rice was dry and not soggy, and the noodles and mushrooms were cooked perfectly. My only complaint is that the food wasn't particularly warm, despite living only a short walk away from The Ming Kitchen. I did enjoy my meal overall.

I would have shared a photo of the Chinese food, but we ate it so quickly that there was no chance! Our order included chicken char siu chow mein, fried rice, chicken balls with sweet and sour sauce, mini vegetable spring rolls, chips, and 2 cans of coke. Almost everything was delicious, but the chips could use some improvement. Overall, I would give this takeaway a solid 9 out of 10. The staff were excellent on the phone, the delivery was on time, and the food was presented well. Keep up the good work! Check them out on Just Eat.
