Warwick St Social - Carta

Had Sunday lunch here. First meal out in months and we were not disappointed. Clean, bright and airy. Great friendly staff and some very tasty food. Best roast I've eaten for quite some time. Would recommend and definitely go back.

Tonight a few of my friends and I came to warwick street social and OH MY GOODNESS the food!!! Couldn’t fault a single thing about any of it. Definitely the best food in Norwich, I would recommend to anyone!! The staff was super lovely, young...man very lovely accent, never really had to wait for another order! Super happy with my evening!

Visited today,food arrived cold,complained given a complimentary round of drinks while waiting for replacement food,which was fair enough, but unfortunately the replacement food was also luke warm aswell,front of house was very stars) and polite . We have used the sister restaurant the Wildebeest...on several occasions which is always an excellent experience, but left today very disappointed. Ver carta

We went here on September for my companies birthday party. of us in total. Due to Covid regulations we had two tables of six upstairs, which wasn't a problem. We had a fabulous time the service and food was spot on and...the staff were very helpful and kept the drinks flowing. Couldn't fault anything on the night and many of my staff have asked me to pass on their thanks as well. So thank you.

We sat upstairs and were very well looked after by James. My husband had an incredible rump steak with chimichurri and I had a sea bass fillet with a lemony-butter sauce. Both dishes were absolutely historic. Our ‘Snickers’ tart for pudding was sublime too Huge...compliments to the kitchen for creating absolutely knock-out, first class food. And big thanks to James for looking after us so well and for taking the time and trouble to explain to us that the WSS can cater for gluten-free people. Arrived at as booked then left standing there next to the wait here sign for minutes whilst ALL the staff ignored us. A queue was forming behind so we had to grab a staff member to see if they had anyone dealing with...the queue. Another minutes and we were led upstairs to a table. Table was covered in what i thought was water but the server told me it was disinfectant! We were not given a menu, the table had nothing on it at all (apart from said spillage) and we were again ignored for another minutes! We come in now and again, but hadn't had a chance to eat and try the new menu. On Sunday we came as a group for Sunday lunch. We were given the choice of eating inside or out as the weather was lovely, and everything...seemed to be done right in terms of Covid cleansing etc. We had a choice of traditional Sunday lunches and standard menu options. We chose a mix. I personally had the Roast beef, which was cooked just as we asked (pink) and full of flavour. Generous portions and a good selection of vegetables. Found this location on Michelin. Perfectly polite staff, but they had a strange arrangement where they wanted to bring out starters and mains at the same time (although we noticed other tables managed to get space between the two). Food was basic and easy (burgers,...fries, fried chicken) all perfectly decent, but insanely overpriced at London prices for gourmet burgers are cheaper! Staff managed to miss two requests for condiments. There was a hair in the wine glass. Both Beef and chicken burgers were great overdone. Not sure if there has been a change of management or chef, or if Covid has meant operational changes, but the food offerings and quality are wayyyy below that of earlier review...

Three of us were booked for a Saturday night. After we had signed in, we were shown to our table. Covid protocols were observed. The menu was not particularly extensive and focussed on burgers of different types. Because of their Coved regulations, it was not...possible to order a starter and then main course; they would both be served together. So we skipped a starter, ordered drinks and main courses.
