This afternoon, all five of us ordered something different from the menu (except for our buddy the dog, who got to try a bit of every dish!). I had the southern roasted chicken burger, and it was, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever had! Absolutely delicious!

Finally, a family-friendly national pub that has it all! Our family gathering felt more like a day out rather than just a meal at a pub. The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. There were plenty of activities for the kids, making it a fun experience for everyone. Thank you, Hannah and Lee, for making us feel so welcome. We had a wonderful time! Ver carta

This is one of the rare pubs where you can count on a delicious meal from Monday to Friday, and they even serve a fantastic Sunday Roast on Wednesdays! Plus, it’s dog-friendly. For families, there are plenty of outdoor activities for kids, including play equipment, table tennis, table football, and swingball. Service is excellent, and it’s a great spot for dinner!

We had a family dinner here today and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was attentive and friendly, and nothing felt bothersome. All the food we ordered arrived exactly as we wanted. We didn’t have to wait long for our meals either. The food was delicious and of great quality. Everything was clean and well-maintained. There’s also a lovely garden outside for the kids to enjoy!

We called in the landlady was so very helpful despite not having a reservation she found us a table we ordered wine and a beer promptly served .ordered a curry which was delicious chicken rice mango chutney n flat bread all first class a bit of a gamble as this is NOT traditional Indian curry house .balanced spices not just a bit of curry powder sauce. .several people asked if we were enjoying our meal .which was quite exceptional .if you were nearer our home we would definitely be back regularly .Clive n Sue Ver carta
