"My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Coronado in Zurich. After fretting over where to eat dinner (yelp was not much help), we decided to walk through the park across from the hotel. We came upon Neubuhl, and upon reviewing the menu (German, Swiss, and Italian light dishes) we decided to stay. The evening was still sunny and warm, so we took outdoor seating (it's the smoking section). The view of the park is amazing; we forgot we were in a busy city. I chose the Swiss weissbier, and my husband chose a lager. Both delicious (6.5 f). For meals, he had the veal schnitzel with spinach salad at 32 f, and I had their daily special of butter poached flounder with almond crust, rice pilaf, and spinach salad at 36 f. Both dishes were cooked to perfection. The prices were very reasonable compared to other similar dishes at other restaurants we were scoping out. We went at 6 pm on a Weds night, and it wasn't very crowded. A perfect evening!"

Good food, cocked beef in the hot stone myself, enjoyed the experience. The service was a bit slow but the waitress started speaking English with us as she saw we’re foreigners

Nice place , tipical western environment. The meat is ok but I would expect some included side dishes. The baked potatoes we took are not the best and also too much cream on top of potatoes. Ver carta

Always passing by I wanted to visit this place since quite a while. Finally yesterday we made it and I was very positively surprised. It was quite late already and I wasn’t even sure if the kitchen was still open. But they made every effort to still serve us a fantastic meal and never pushed us to hurry up. We chose a 300g Argentinian Angus Côte steak and the spareribs plus one portion of country fries. Both meals were delicious, the meat super tasty, the sauces a very nice addition and the fries crunchy. And the location is great as well. I would probably be a regular guest there, because Irchelpark is a wonderful spot in Zürich. And I tried several times to spend a nice evening there (because of new restaurant owners I expected to get a better service each time... but it's honestly the most unfriendly and unprofessional restaurant I've ever been to!
