We found this lovely little place by chance and it was an amazing find, the staff were welcoming and the food was soo good, the surrounding area is perfect for a little walk around the harbour.

Great quality food and large portions along with good friendly service. The place itself is cosy and well decorated with a nautical theme. Edit..... So good we went back again after two days! Highly recommended!

We enjoy visiting this pub after a dog walk. It's dog friendly so you can sit inside with your dog but as it was a nice day we chose to sit outside. There's a good choice of food to suit all tastes and some Greek specialities. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

yesterday sat to the roggenhafen .has a really nice meal in the william of the conqueror. even better was able to eat outside .car parking free but a small donation helps to keep it so .friend of mines relations (3) lost her life on the sea as rettungsboot rettungsinsel in 1928 .hence photos published

Fantastic lunch here today with the family and the dog. Food was lovely empty plates from both kids so you know it must be good! Fab portion sizes. Dog friendly with treats for sale for the doggos. Lovely pub, good food choice, all was tasty vegans also catered for. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Only comment I have is can the waitress who serves coffee by holding onto both the saucer, and then the cup itself by both thumbs just try and hold onto the saucer please?! Wasn't comfortable drinking coffee out of a cup where you had just placed your thumbs on....

We opted to sit outside on a chilly but sunny day, so I can't comment much on the interior atmosphere. However, it was lively inside, with plenty of patrons and a lovely fire. We ordered a sharing platter along with a few extra sides for our group of seven (including one child), which turned out to be an ideal choice for lunch, allowing everyone to sample a bit of everything. There were many dogs present, both indoors and outdoors, and the beer was well-chilled. Price per person: £10–20. Overall, I’d rate the food and service a perfect 5. I'd recommend trying the Cyprus Mix!
