The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. We noticed that everything was clean and organized. Our food and drinks arrived quickly after we ordered, and the meals were delicious at a fair price. We will definitely be returning. Willow Brynmawr offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere, warm during the winter and cool in the summer. The place is clean, and the staff is exceptionally friendly, especially Lauren and Ashton, who are part of a wonderful team that goes the extra mile. I came with a party of 6 we booked we all had the carvery and wow there was so much meat and so tender it came hot and the lady Bek that served us was absolutely lovely , nothing was too much , even though the willow tree was packed . We were shown to our table promptly and menus left with us. We told our server that we wanted a couple of drinks before placing our food order. Alas after that we always had to look for our server to order another drink and it was also the same when we wanted to place our food order. When we have visited in the past the server always kept a lookout to see if you wanted more drinks or were ready to order. The restaurant was not busy so staff should have been more attentive. Well what an absolutely brilliant experience we had at the willow tree from pre booking the table , communication , seating , meal and staff Everything was absolutely brilliant , 29 in our party , ranging from 17mths to 73 years , every single staff were so helpful and friendly , the food came out so quickly we all were eating at the same time and every meal was perfect , the willow tree was light and airy very clean with lovely views , just perfect , Thanks for making our day so exceptional X x x x Dietary restrictions: They were really careful and aware of 3 of our party having nut allergies Parking: Although the willow tree is in a shopping centre we had no problems parking Kid-friendline...
