The food and service at this restaurant were exceptional, especially the king prawn puri. The prices were reasonable and I even left a tip. The location was convenient with plenty of free parking available just 100 yards away after 6pm. Ver carta

The food was average and not worth the money. The staff is not really welcoming. It seems they don't care about quality or quantity as well as not customer centric as the hotel is on the tourist spot and people will anyways come irrespective of taste or review. It's mentioned as Indian restaurant but typical Bangladesh chef and taste. Food quantity is not sufficient. Vegetarian options: There're options for veg but taste is not great. Dietary restrictions: Dietary restriction clearly mentioned. Parking: Poole road car park is the nearest one. Kid-friendliness: Not really. Dreadful experience... This restaurant has questionable standards, mediocre food quality, warmed up by basic chefs. If you're looking for high quality Indian food, this is not the place to go. Ordered a Cobra with the food and saw the owner top the pint with another draft beer as it was flat. I sent it back explaining I didn't want a blend of beers and ended up with a flat pint of Cobra. If they are prepared to behave like this in front of customers, what are they prepared to do in the kitchen. Ordered a Chicken Shashlik (my favourite dish). Was appalled how it was served.
