"Now, normally we visit wings quite often, and we know the perils of buffet style restaurants. But today was a real eye opener. Now, they usually have two sittings Mon to sat, Sunday been all day, we arrived, for the second sitting, advertised 4-45 pm, to a busy reception area, people leaving, others queuing. We paid, and were sent straight downstairs to the restaurant . Which had a fair few people already in. We were seated close to the pudding section. Our drinks arrived, which we had paid for upstairs, along with the food. Then we went up for the food, certainly a large selection of foods, as always, much prefer wings, to the other buffet in St Stephens, which is tiny in comparison. On our visits, weve not always been keen on some of the foods, personal choice, had the odd issue, but overall it 's pretty good for a buffet. My first plate, I head to the back wall, fill the plate on, prawns, beef, ribs, chicken, skewers, etc. Then, returned for my favourite lamb curry, and doner meat from the other hot plates. Cannot fault the food up to now, I went back up to the middle section, duck, breaded chicken drumsticks, spare ribs in sauce, salted prawns, other breaded chicken, and prawn curry. Notice I 'm not into chips and noodles, rice etc, I 'm buffets worst nightmare, meat eater, they prefer you eat chips, noodles,the cheap items. The wife, my daughter enjoyed their choices, the wife 's favourite like mine is the lamb curry. My child loves having the freedom to choose her meal. Their is a vast amount of different foods you could have, Now my main issues, yes buffets are known for what they are, and it 's your choice whether you use them. I 've previously been in the toilets were people have walked out not washing their hands. People are walking in off the streets with no place to wash their hands, something personally I think should be interduced to this buffet place, and Inforced. Two, literally watching people picking up food, whilst staff literally watch, the tongs, I 've never seen staff clean, after all the manhandling that gets done. The place was rammed, I 'd never seen it this busy, on any visit We were next to the pudding section, and this place had a lot of children tonight, obviously we watched as the masses invaded this section. The amount of kids, picking up puds, putting them back, poking puddings, one child even though he used the tongs, picked up a jelly cube and took a bite, before he went to put it back, only for his mother I presume, stopping him. Another, waiting In the queue, picking his nose, then picking up the tongs, ohhh come on "

Foyer packed so couldn't get to reception. Decided to phone to try to get a booking. Phone call answered then as I started to speak I saw person put phone down on me! Also noted that we had to ve a parry of 6 or above to even get considered for a booking. Very disappointed.

I was here on a Monday evening for my friends graduation party . It was an absolute extravagant experience. The variety of food made it so exciting to have the entire buffet. The staff were so nice and had an excellent service. I would highly recommend visiting this place. It’s so worth it..

Table booked for 7pm at 7.30pm still no table, table booked over a month ago for graduation celebration, walk ins were constantly being taken and seated and staff laughing at the situation after 45minutes still no sign of a table complete chaos disgusting behaviour from staff Avoid at all cost upset family and spoiled special occasion!!!! Absolutely appalling visit today, customer service was shocking in fact there wasn't any customer service! Firstly we were forced into the lift and shouted at, we then get downstairs to say the rest of our party cannot sit with us, waited 15 minutes for drinks again staff were rude! The food was disgusting and overcooked today with no desserts available except ice cream and jelly with the odd stale cupcake! We will not be returning ever again and for the price we should have had a lot more choice!

Regrettably, my experience at Wings International Cuisine in Hull was far from satisfactory. The overall environment seemed unkept, contributing to a less-than-pleasant atmosphere. What intensified the disappointment was encountering a manager who was not only rude and disrespectful but also engaged in discriminatory behavior and racial profiling. Such behavior is entirely unacceptable, and I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to ensure a more welcoming and respectful environment for all patrons.

Wings is an excellent restaurant if u want to take a break from work. I went to have dinner with my family last night cause been a while I've done that. Upon arrival my family and i was sat down by one of the most nicest staff ever. Wings is a kind of restaurant where you can feel free. My most exciting experience was, The guy who worked in the bar was so nice and in my own opinion he's a walking piece of art. In short terms, if you need to laugh out enjoy your stay and all trust me if Manny is there, you won't want to leave. IT'S SO WORTH IT.. Ver carta

Unfortunately we never actually went as we decided it’s not worth giving them our money as they were very rude. I emailed, sent a message on messenger and also commented on their website with a request, no reply on any so I phoned them! Spoke to someone who was clearly in a rush and didn’t want to listen, my request was that we have 2 autistic children one of which finds it hard to eat with lots of strangers around so we asked if there was a private booth/seating area we could possibly use, apparently they are first come first served which is fine you don’t get anywhere without asking, but he was rude, wasn’t listening to me and then put the phone down on me! So we won’t ever be trying wings...

Well I was really excited to go to wings never been before all my friends was raving about it so thought right time to go so we went what big massive disappointment we went group 10 people we ask for table for 10 we ended up sitting other side of restaurant then i asked if we could sit with my friends the waitress said if u wanna go wait another 30 mins upstairs we get you table togeather we waited 30 mins to even come down that really upset me that couldn't even help us to sit togeather after waiting that long so we separate the bloke just didn't wanna help us was rude about it so we went to get some food the Chinese food was lovely but then I went to roast dinner stuff I've never seen anyt...
