Very disappointing. Wish this was clearly communicated beforehand. The photos were somewhat misleading, e.g. pics from the terrace show fully served tables, yet in reality it was just empty tables on our arrival. Worth visiting and dining at, if you are out shopping in Alsterhaus and need a delicious pit stop in between your shopping spree, but be prepared to pay the price"

service was not very endeavored. which was very friendly that the sushi master has seen that we come with children's cars, and gave us the great table. otherwise the service has left something to wish. food was ok price was exaggerated

we are very fond of this restaurant as we find the food so delicious. mostly we are there during the day. on this evening we have redeemed an invitation voucher for my parents. eating was excellent as always, but we found the atmosphere somewhat uncomfortable. little people, pretty bright light. Perhaps there would be a possibility to limit the restaurant for the evening somewhat smaller and more cozy? .... spatially light.

I've been there before, but how it happened this time, really bad. only ignored when coming in, then brought to our table quickly still for the third person that cute over but no glass. and we waited up to min., then we decided to go. not even asked if we want to drink or hello! then we ran out and we weren't even asked why we were going. simply ignored! I can recommend zero. the sevice was slow, but now inconceivable. the gold-plated time can never be returned to me! No stars
