"This is a completely unexpected discovery in Andernach. We have seen some brief mentions of it in the press and decided to try it and we were not disappointed. It is Asian fusion – well made and not diluted or unfocused, as some fusion sites can be. The menu is well aligned with a good variety and we have selected a five course menu – perfect for our timing after a long day. They present the menu through the four elements that help people navigate through the tapas type dishes. I like what I like, just chosen accordingly. The beef Carpaccio starter was really delicious – with a sweet tangy dressing; Hiram fish was well composed with beautiful shrimps of radishes, Wasabi cream (I think), and a lime sauce; Lemongras prawn soup was beautiful, but nothing spectacular; River trout with mushrooms had an interesting taste game with a savory accompanying broth. The service team is efficient and create an unpredictable environment to enjoy your meal. We had a few glasses of wines with our meal and the bill came to about € 180, which presents a good value for quality and innovation. We really enjoyed the meal here and so glad we found this star gem. We'll come back here. And there is also another Michelin-Start-Sister-Restaurant (Italian) next door with another (French) planned for next year along with a high-end hotel all from the same owner - this small corner Andernach will soon become a foodie destination!"

There's something good in every mistake. Never again! I felt like I was in the hospital. The waiter was as friendly as the President of Turkey... Monsieur Erdogan. I was lost! Completely lost... not repeat my mistake... run away! After this dinner I felt so miserable...

This creates imaginative, refined dishes that form an independent character and leave the usual gourmet cuisine tastes. The sharpness of the spices and sauces used is so wonderfully balanced that it does not irritate the European tongue but is harmoniously integrated into the dishes.

We were more than satisfied with the two main courts. You can see that the dishes are no longer as burschikos as they come from the beginning and have had a positive influence on filigree subtleties of the star kitchen. Michelin star fits this place, no doubt, but... after ingenious amuse Bouche dumping and sashimi fish other meals came in the "Korean Trip ' menu, all of them great, but the tastes in them were quite simple. A little taste dissipation or surprise would be great. I'm not a dessert, but here I was really glad I had tasty, fresh, great end of the evening. Wine pairing was super, service really friendly. Worth a visit!

This was a wonderful food that has addressed very varied all senses. I found the concept of the different elements initially somewhat constructed, but in the review the kitchen has become very just. Sarah Henke's kitchen is aromatic instead. The dishes are absolutely unanimous and yes, the sharpness determines the dishes. But she's never too dominant, so it's exhausting to eat five hot dishes. It's a kitchen that's fun. It creates a clear connection with Korean taste worlds, but is not a regional cuisine in the traditional sense. I personally found the meat dishes better because of the more pleasant connection of sharpness and fat than the fish courses, but there were also participants in our round that saw this very different – but I couldn't make any difference in the level and so it was a bright clean performance at star level.
