My friends and I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The pizzas were excellent and the chicken pasta was absolutely delicious. The service was top-notch and the staff were very friendly. Our server, Duncan, was excellent. We would definitely return in the future.

My wife and I had a very pleasant evening meal to this restaurant. We shared a large and delicious pate starter. I had a tasty steak with a slightly insipid mushroom and red wine sauce but excellent sweet potato fries. My wife had a risotto. The service was really pleasant and attentive and the food was good.

Beautiful resultant. Food was amazing. There was a group of us and we all loved what we had chosen from the menu . The resultant also has an upstairs so quite a large restaurant but service is perfect 10 out of 10. We totally enjoyed our meal so much choice too. Staff were wonderful , atmosphere incredible. I have never had a bad meal here, the food is always piping hot and delicious. The staff are incredibly friendly and courteous without being over bearing. I went last night after an incredibly busy and stressful week at work and it was the perfect place to relax, not too noisy but full of chattering people having a lovely meal. It is always my go to place in Harpenden for lunch or dinner. Keep up the great work

Yet another delicious meal at Zaza Harpenden. We just love this place, had the spaghetti carbonara with side portion of sauteed garlic mushrooms .. partner had Polla Diavola (char grilled half chicken) with sliced nduja sausage with sauteed garlic mushrooms ... Creme brulee for dessert .. we think this place is absolutely fab...staff are so welcoming and attentive..never been disappointed.... Our go to restaurant in Harpenden ..I live in Hertford.... Can't wait to return

I visited with my partner for my birthday meal. I was SO nervous because I have a severe nut allergy so often do not try out new restaurants. We called in advance to inform the restaurant and the lady who answered the phone was amazing and reassured that all would be fine. When we got there, I was anxious as we were sat close to another table (this is not at fault of the restaurant I am just anxious) we asked to move and they happily moved us no problems at all. They had a QR code for allergies and the waitress even knew why dish was safe off the top of her head. I felt so safe and comfortable the whole meal and we had the best experience ever.
