"The food here was ok very expensive really for what we had which were basically sandwiches and salad and scones. There was no extra hot water for the small pots of tea. It is for sale at the moment and I just got the...feeling the people serving had lost heart but that could also be because it is near the end of a busy season. There were bookshelves with books on I tried to buy one but they were for just reading in the cafe which I found a bit strange . Who can read a novel on one visit? The nice shop they had seemed to be gone there were a few sundry items bunched in one corner. All in all a bit disappointing compared to previous visits."

This cafe is an ideal pit stop on the coast path, with a wide range of cakes, many gluten free. We had sour cherry cake, an unusual and tasty gf option. Also do nice looking cream teas. Friendly, casual cafe, and savoury lunches are also...available. Large car park with one pound honesty box. Ver carta

A beautiful sunny afternoon in Zennor we fancied a cream tea. We had two scones, lots of jam and cream and coffee for £6.50 cream each. It was divine, lovely and fresh an absolute bargain. Not to mention sitting in their pretty garden...outside an old converted chapel. Well done thank you chaps.

This was a heavenly sight at the end of a challenging walk from St Ives. We were wanting afternoon refreshment and it didn’t disappoint. My husband opted for a crab baguette whilst I went for the healthy option of cream tea. Both were a delight...and didn’t last long! Highly recommend visiting here whether walking or not.

We had been on a 6 mile hike, and had been subjected to some torrential rain and gusty winds! We felt we had earned a cream tea, and thought we would try the Zennor Chapel Cafe which was recommended to us. All I can say...is that it is well worth a visit! Superb cream tea and delicious scones, as well as a very welcome pot of tea. Very relaxed surroundings added to the enjoyment. Definitely well worth a visit. Ver carta

Came here for lunch with my aunt, uncle, partner and 3 of our kids. Food was excellent – we all opted for baguettes, all of which had generous fillings in soft fresh bread accompanied with crisps, salad, coleslaw and a pot of condiment (eg my...Brie one came with an onion chutney, the ham one came with mustard etc). After which we just about managed to squeeze in some delicious ice-cream! Free parking outside, free wi-fi, seating inside and out. Friendly service

it was quite late in the afternoon, on a not too pleasant day when I called. I guess I might have been turned away. to close earlier would not have been surprising at such a day. but I was very welcome, and in...fact, a piece after my arrival, 2 other parties also arrived and were served. this is a very clean and pleasant caffe. the menu is varied and stacked with healthy options. it is a big place, and maybe a bit difficult to create an atmosphere in an old chapel, possibly wesleyan. but the owners offer a very good offer, including, I believe, b

"So let us share our experience, We went in tonight as a family after seeing that it home made food on the drive to sennen and looked online and had a good look at the food available on the menu also looking to see if it was dog friendly and it ticked all the boxes, Upon arrival me and my wife went in 1st to ask if we could have a table for food and if dogs can go inside and staff were a little unsure but they confirmed we could upon asking for a table for 7 but one in a pram he said we don’t have the availability to cater I was looking at a table big enough and eventually said that this table was available whilst being seated we had 2 table one clean and the 2nd just been finished with so needed a clean but he came and cleaned both tables and he squirted the cleaner on a clean table and the over spray bounced off the table and went over our selfs then we were handed a menu freshly printed A4 paper thrown on the table (WET TABLE) so they stuck to the table upon agreeing what we wanted we went to the bar within 2-3 mins of being seated we knew what we wanted and when we asked for the meal it was OUT OF STOCK (Sunday lunch) ok fair so as I was with a family member at the bar I quickly rushed back to the table to ask my daughter of an alternative she wasn’t happy, So I made a meal up of all the extras on the menu so I went back to the bar to find my family member ordered 2 fish and chips then I realised my wife also wanted Sunday lunch so I quickly rushed back to ask her what she wanted and went back to the bar just as my family member left and asked for fish and chips was also sold out also! 99% of the menu was SOLD OUT this should of been discussed upon arrival not as we were ordering I run and operate my own business and this isn’t how I would treat my customers this isn’t how an establishment should be ran! Even when I was standing trying to order a member of staff was standing there arm against the wall doing nothing while customers are standing waiting to be served! So we decided not to eat and my family member went back to the bar to ask for a refund as we couldn’t eat as a family and the staff were iffy about offering a refund but 10 minutes later they did refund my family member as it became a scene for other people as they could see what had happened! This establishment should be call the 1st and late time you come here! We ended up walking to the chip shop down the road for food we are very disappointed in this company and establishment! For anyone who wants to eat please make sure they HAVE STOCK how can this establishment run without stock? Never again tonight they lost over £200 revenue due to this situation!"
